Q:What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

Q: How to start orders or make payments?
A: You can send your requirement and purchase order by email to us, and we will send you Proforma Invoice with our bank details for your confirmation, then you can make payment accordingly. T/T in advance are highly recommended.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: For the high value product, our MOQ starts from 1g and generally starts from 1kgs. For other low value product, our MOQ starts from 10kg and 100kg.
Q: When will you deliver the goods?
A: For sample(less than 1kg), in about 3 working days after payment; for larger orders (more than 1kg), in about 7 working days after payment.
Q: When will we receive the goods?
A: Usually, we will send by TNT/DHL/FEDEX/UPS express, usually it takes about 3-5days to reach you; for larger orders, it will take about 7 -10days at most.
Q: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
A: We will send you a COA to you first for you to confirm the quality. You can buy samples for some products, if Sample is ok for you, when make order. You can also send us your requirement for some specific item, we can source for you in our local market.
